Which is why no one has been jailed yet and investigations are still underway.. people draw opinions based on what they read and hear.. law enforcement agencies decide based on proofs..

Abetment to suicide is a very stupid and dangerous law that can be used to entrap almost anyone if someone has the money and connections and resources to push for it.

The only real "abetment" would be in something like euthanasia where someone helps administer the drugs and helps in the whole planning process of the suicide. Just being a bad parent or bad girlfriend or whatever is not abetment to suicide and should never be either.

If you decide to kill yourself, that's on you.

What if someone is blackmailed and it affects the person? Are the blackmailers not to be blamed?

Of course not. Put them in jail for blackmail, not for abetment of suicide! If you're being blackmailed, fight against it, call the cops, hire bodyguards, go to the media and tell them.. there are so many options especially when you're rich.

Every theory is being thrown in the garbage slowly but surely. They said there were no CCTV Cameras working, they were. They said Drugs, it was CBD Oil. They said Disha's files were deleted, they weren't. They said Rhea changed all his staff, she didn't. They said Bodyguard implicated Rhea, he said he was forced to lie. They said Mumbai police did a cover up by taking the body to Cooper, it's the assigned hospital for Bandra Police. They charged her with Abedment to Suicide, she didn't speak to him for a week before his demise. They said he was drugged and confined, they met him multiple times.

The next explosive news to come out in the next couple of days is that Sushant's mother did in fact commit suicide and was massively depressed. Sushant's sister already admitted that her mother died of depression in a FB post which is since been deleted. But proof is coming. The family has a history of cover ups.

There are several cases where people are driven to suicide by other people. Yes people have been brainwashed, forced and threatened into committing suicide.

Obviously not every case is same, but the statement that since someone is an adult, so he or she can't be dictated into committing suicide is wrong.

There is a reason why abetting to suicide law exists.

Nope. They should be charged for dowry and jailed, not for abetment of suicide. If the law is used in this way, do you know how dangerous it is and how many people can get trapped by it especially if the other side is powerful and has a lot of money and influence?

I'm not sure how the abetment law is used in India but if it's used in this manner, it's absolutely vile and everyone should be against it.

Yesterday, there was this episode of crime patrol I saw where a woman gets wheel chair bound.. her husband remarries.. she is taunted day and night about her condition.. eventually she loses it and decided to end her life

People are indeed driven to suicide by others.. sometimes, when a person is broken bit by bit, he fails to realize just how valuable life is.. people commit suicide because they believe or are made to believe there is no light at the end of the tunnel
