He did go through a lot, both his parents death must have affected him a lot. I always do feel bad for orphans. But I also remember watching about Mumbai attacks when I was a kid and seeing how much the victims' families suffered... doesn't allow me to feel much sympathy for Sanjay.

His young kids deserve sympathy. Him... it's hard to make oneself feel for someone who by all appearances, seems to still consider other lives worthless.

Most unfortunately, he chose this hell for himself

That said, poor kids.. having to watch your father battle against a potentially fatal disease can be scarring

The tough times were his karma....why does the world sympathize with a criminal.

His health is seriously saddening. No one deserves this monster called Cancer. I pray for his speedy recovery.

Doesn't mean we sympathize with his terrorism act.
