they give you a stress ball and you squeeze it, the anticipation is worse than the jab..

kinda like getting Brazilian waxing..the wait before they rip off the wax is worse than the actual pain of the wax coming off..know what i mean?

u can start anti-aging treatment on your skin earlier. No need to inject yourself as for the longterm, it has side effects.

As we are discussing about looks , is there any effective whitening treatment? Most of them are of the opinion that nothing can change your genetic skin colour? But how did many actress change their colour drastically?

I have noticed change in my skin color compared to my childhood days.. And would attribute it to lesser exposure to sun, more skin care n more awareness.. Bachpan me itna dhyaan nahi dete hum

i have even needled my face without numbing cream in the past (like 1.5mm needles)..

i always take a picture of the aftermath to send to my family and friends who squirm at needles and blood LOL
