You can use this at night along with a moisturizer that stimulates collagen production. If u have severe skin issues u can definitely get chemical peels.

The problem with botox or fillers is that once u get it done, its gonna be a continuous process. Imagine stretching a tight rubber band...when u let it go its not gonna be the same.

I have no skin issues at all. Forget severe skin issues. My skin is naturally glowing and beautiful. Thank God. I just don't want lines on my face.

Okay so I shall start using serums, vitamin c, hyaluronic, retinol, niacinamide from tomorrow itself.

Then I shall start with needles, dermapen, botox, fillers and other treatments in a few years like Bulbul started early.

Thanks dear.

everyone's skin is different my dear. I know because I used to work in the cosmetic industry. I signed an NDA so u can guess how bad things can be. I just can say that for your facial nerves, getting injected in the long run is not safe. Then the outer side of the skin will not remain the same how you start injecting it. You will have to keep on injecting to maintain the look. By the time you hit 40, the effects won't remain subtle anymore.

Babe if you have glowing skin then definitely don't use injections! Occasional deep clean ups from a dermatologist and maybe microdermabrasion and chemical peels (just to make sure you have even looking and clean skin). If you are blessed u should just take care of your skin and not get anything injected. Even the doc will tell you not to do it.

Also dont use retinol every day initially! I would suggest you use it once a week first and if it doesn't harm the skin (no darkness, burns) then make the usage frequent. Because retinol is actually quite a dicey thing to work with. I am using it since more than a year now so I can use it everyday, but for beginners go easy.

I would suggest you to buy the MamaEarth Niacinamide Serum, its one of the most affordable and has worked like magic on my pimples, acne and marks. Same brand's Vitamin C serum is great too. If you live in India then you'll get Hyalugel at a pharmacy. Dont get tricked by the name, it actually works like a serum!

So first thing in the morning u cleanse your face, if you need a toner/essence/clarifying lotion (depends on your skin type) then use that.

Let your face be slightly wet from the previous step...then apply Hyalugel and massage it into your skin. The trick is to let your skin have some amount of water on the surface. Let it absorb for a few mins and then go in with Vit C serum. After that you can moisturise and use SPF.

At night, cleanse, tone and use niacinamide and moisturise. If you are using retinol that day then go in with retinol first. Your moisturiser could be a night cream or a soothing cream.

I've read a lot on this so I hope its helped you 😊

Botox and fillers don't make you look young anyway. Even without lines and wrinkles, age is always noticeable. After years of use, the face also starts looking plastic and bloated. Once you are addicted to it, it's hard to stop. And nobody tells you the truth anyway. Everyone lies and gives compliments.

The only thing that truly helps is an actual facelift performed by a really good doctor. But elective surgery is always dangerous.

Just be happy with who you are, use creams and oils, eat well and exercise. Aging gracefully is not a bad thing.
