One thing that the makers can do is

They can make Veer as Hriday and Aakesh as Naag

Aakesh a cheel in previous janam is born as a Naag and Naag Hriday is born as a cheel in this janam.

Also, The entire sequence of Jay's skin changing is so 😵 It felt he got drugged and the close ups of his face had zero expressions dissapointed

It's pretty much cleared now from yesterday's episode that veer is in fact aakesh. The mystery seem more around jai/ hriday. The guy seems odd to me.

Arrey... Veer is only Aakesh.

I'm still hoping Veer to be Hriday. He doesn't have the ruthlessness of Aakesh. He even cried at Noor's death even when he believed she cheated on his friend, whereas Aakesh have no qualms over attacking Naagfolk just to win Aakeshwari. Clearly, Veer is not grey because he told his brothers if they had killed Noor, he'll tear them apart.

He is a grey Male lead.

Veer is Aakesh and he is the positive lead .. Aj k episode mein uske character baarein mein aur bhi clear hua.. So it's confirmed

Actually if you ask me, Aakesh was never interested in interfering with the naag clan. It was his father that was after the naag mani and ordered his henchmen to go after them. Aakesh was only interested in Naageshwari and the reason why he killed the other naags was because they were getting in the way plus it was his nature back then given their enmity with each other. But after falling for Nageshvari and dying at her hands the change began and probably got carried forward to his present life without him realizing it.

aakesh/veer are grey not full villain...🔥

What you are saying is possible. The thing is it's rare EK makes her leads morally grey(even in their previous births). Indian TV never accepts morally grey characters like Damon Salvatore and Klaus Mikaelson. I hope that they retain Veer's sassy attitude and don't ruin his characters like Naagin's other male leads. I want him to be badass till end.

of all naagin boys only kv-sharad-dheeraj were grey as rocky aakesh veer

ritik was witty

rudra was powerful

mahir was charming

dev was sweet

i have to give a loud applause to naagin boys arjun kv kinshuk pearl vijayendra dheeraj sharad...they were amazing in their characters even though script and character developement let them down especially for kv n vijendra but still they shine in the galore fill with gorgeous naagins wives of theirs
