I don't think this is a loophole..

See it has 2 advantages..

1.Mrs DSouza gave her phone and she became more close and trustworthy to Ridhhima.

2. Vansh is giving Ridhhu chances to catch her red handed and track Ridhhu's partner(the real mastermind)
