Hey guys. I tried to write more on Rudhita and here I'm with this TS. In this story Bondita is twenty.
Chapter-1
“You cannot marry that girl. I won’t allow her as my DIL. You'll bring any girl and you think I'll accept her as my DIL. Do you know anything about that girl's family background, her kula? That girl is from a poor family and even don’t have brother or father.”
“Kaka I am determined that I'll marry that girl and if you won’t get me married to that girl I won’t marry anyone else. I'll remain bachelor for whole life.”
“Som, why do you want to defame our family before society. What do you brothers want to do? I brought up you, Ani and Batuk as my own sons. Don’t I have rights on you? I can’t waste my efforts of years to be ruined in a single day. At first Anirudh ……....” Kaka trailed off seeing the innocent face of his laadli bahu Bondita who is just like his own daughter now.
“At first Ani make him understand. You're big brother of him.” Kaka changed his words.
Bondita was silently observing his Kaka Sasur's expressions. And his expression clearly told her he was about to say anything else but changed his words after looking at her. He is a father figure for her and she knows his Kaka Sasurji very well. But she chose to keep quite. It isn’t right time to think all these or to ask anything.
“Kaka, I think Som is right here. There isn’t any problem to marry that girl. She’s a good girl. And you know this caste, kula don’t matters for me. What’s use of all these customs Kaka. What do these customs give us? These class, kula, jaati all these identities of a human snatched the basic identity of them which is humanity.
Kaka please try to understand for once. And you know we love and respect you just like our father. We won’t hurt you. This marriage will happen with your consent only.” Said Anirudh joining his hands.
“Bahu, you are the wisest person among all of them. You explain them maybe then they'll understand.” Said Kaka.
“Kaka Sasurji, I don’t know what to say now. Please calm down. We'll talk about this later.” Said Bondita.
Bondita is not only a feminist and social reformer just like his patibabu but also a best bahu and a best wife who loves his family so much. She is in support of his patibabu on this topic but don’t want to hurt her Kaka Sasurji and don't want to make him feel he is all alone. So she didn’t want to oppose him.
“Bahu, does that mean you’re in support of your Patibabu as always. Then okay it’s fine. Just tell me whatever you want I'll accept it.” Said Kaka.
“Kaka Sasurji, I really don’t know what to say for now. Okay if you want me to take this decision. Then give me some time to think about this and I'll let you know my decision.” Replied Bondita.
Ani was watching his wife intently. He knows his wife well. He knows she'll definitely convince Kaka in her own unique way. He knows his wife won’t hurt anyone of his family.
“Okay Bahu, take your time and let me know your decision.” Kaka said.
Kaka has full faith on his Bahu that she won’t hurt him ever and whatever she’ll choose will be good for family because family's happiness is her first priority.
“Okay. Now please you all have dinner.” Said Bondita.
