FYI Kangana MRI scans can show changes in the brain.. which can affect personality. It is a theory, maybe you can read up biological aspects of personality. Thus what you are staying is not true.

I don't know how some people are able to confidently preach without even being informed.

Her original quote says there is nothing called mental illness.

She putting words in the other person’s mouth and then refuting the claim herself. She’s having a make belief conversation with herself while namecalling the other person.
