Sampoo track and Saudamini

Well again they have come with the stupidity . How come sampoo doesn't have knowledge about intercourse stuff . Bhagwan upar se bachhe thodi denge ?? This is so stupid ...They are showing wrong thing and I highly doubt there was anything called period due. Can someone tell me in which era the show is showing ? Before 1947 or after ?

To be honest, i didn't find it strange that Sampoo don't know about these things. She is shown to be 14-15 year old girl. She has some half-baked knowledge that she may have gained by discussion with friends. She only knows that coming closer of man and woman lead to pregnancy. This is why, she thought a kiss between her and her husband made her pregnant.

May be you are finding it strange because you are viewing this track from the lens of the developments made in today's era. Today even a 10-12 year kid knows these stuffs thanks to the books, magazines, internet etc. , and some efforts made by parents & teachers to educate and aware the kids about these things.

But here, neither her maa nor her aunt made efforts to make her understand. It is totally their fault. It is expected from them that they should made understood their daughters about these aspects also before marrying them off.

Let me tell you about my experience also. I came to know about these things only when i was 16 (you read it right). That too, from my 12th biology NCERT book. and thanks to my biology teacher who asked us to encourage any question and doubt that may come to our mind. (I studied in a girls only school, may be that is why, i was not aware of these stuffs) . Trust me, I felt very disgusted that day perhaps because of sudden revelation and due to unlearning of wrong/misleading things taught to me by my friends and seniors. Even one of my friends (she was 14 then) told me (which her bhabhi told her) that kids are gifted by god when husband and wife sleep together. This is true but only half or misleading truth.

I appreciate the makers for coming up with these tracks that is really needed nowadays.👍🏼 Half baked information can be really dangerous. I agree with every word that Ani said to Saurabh in the last episode.👍🏼

It's before independence around 1902

December 1915 that's the year was written in anirudh's barrister certificate also it's been only like 1.5/2 months have passed since he came back from london so the year is 1916. That time no such education was available, girls don't even used to go school, even in this era too no such knowledge is given in counties of indian subcontinent. Girls only used to know about sex either by experiencing it or from mothers/other elder ladies in that era.
