Here schools were up and running in person since June July

only universities online

In my country the government in a rush to reopen primary schools.

There were no exams so first, they decided to use an algorithm then there was so much backlash because they downgraded marks whereas Scotland used teacher predictions so they also had to use teacher predictions but many students lost their places. But doesn't make sense they should have done online exams instead
