Alright everyone. I am Professor Hooch and I will be your judge for this next challenge.
My challenge is two-part. Provide sequel titles to the following series. Along with that you have to answer 5 riddles.
Below I’ve listed out 5 well-known series. You have been tasked with giving a sequel title. Feel free to add a few lines of explanation with it.
Titles will be marked by external judges and me on 2 factors: creativity and originality. So don’t just do Housefull 5 and be done with it.
The series are Harry Potter (obviously) pretending that the 19 year later epilogue and Cursed Child didn’t happen, Home Alone continuing after the second one, Golmaal series, Avengers, and Hera Pheri series.
In the meantime, you also have to answer the following 5 riddles:
I fly in the air, but I am not always there. I cannot be touched, but I can be felt or held. Think very hard, but if you live near the equator, you may have a tough time seeing me. What am I?
A plane crashed on the border of India and Pakistan. Where do they cremate the survivors?
I flew to Mauritius and I bought a bottle of rum and fruit tea. What did I buy first?
Harry Potter character: I come from the House of Darkness and yet am not dark myself. People look at my name and imagine me to be a Death Eater, but I hate my family and love my 3 friends the most such that I would go to Azkaban for them. Who am I?
Harry Potter character: I am but a trickster, I take orders from no one, yet, for some reason, I listened to these two. Who am I?
Points on the titles will be awarded out of 20 with 10 marks for originality and creativity each. These marks will be given to each of the 5 titles, so you have a total of 100 points that can be earned per judge.
10 points will be awarded for each correct riddle answer and 5 points will be deducted for each incorrect riddle answer.
There are no bonus points this round.
Titles and riddle answers are to be PMed to me by August 21st 11:59 PM IST. You can send the titles and riddles separately or together. Only one person needs to PM them from each house. The next round and results will be posted within 24 hours of the deadline.
