Which team are you rooting for if the roles are reversed ?

I am starting to doubt the CV'S considering all the subtle hints of role reversal being there i.e. Mohit/Jay ending up being the Cheel/Aakesh & Sharad/Veer ends up being the Naag.

I was rooting for cheel naagin story anyway and then again I think Sharad & Surbhi has/will have the better chemistry. Now , if Sharad is the Naag then I really am conflicted. Aakesh & Nageshwari had the better chemistry and the better storyline.

If Jay is Aakesh infact then maybe the prediction of the pandit that " the roshni will change him forever " has finally worked and he turned out to be a decent percent in this life , he wanted to win Nageshwari's love so he tuned out to be the good guy.

Since I am no fan of the actors and I am here only because of the storyline. Filhaal I am settling for Team Cheel because of the history. Now I really hope that Surbhi & Mohit's chemistry works out well ( if he is indeed the cheel ).

This role reversal thing has left me conflicted on which team I should be in. The choice would've been easier if Sharad ends up being the cheel lol.

So which team are you rooting for if Mohit Sehgal is the Cheel and Sharad Malhotra is the Naag ??

If I keep the past life connection out of this, then I would root for Veer and Bani as a couple, irrespective of him being a Cheel or Nag, because of the passionate love which we want to see, we can see in them. And because we will get to see him chasing Bani and probably will culminate in a forced marriage.

And we are missing a very crucial point - there is a lot of loopholes in Naageshwari's story because we are only aware of her perspective. Aakesh may not be the villain which Naageshwari thinks, there are other minds at work here. If it is a tale of vengeance, what vengeance does she intend to take? Something has to happen for that. Cos pichle janam me jo pratishodh lena tha woh to ho gaya.

Iss janam me something has to happen to trigger the vengeance, to trigger the Adi Naagin inside Bani. Will again the Nag suffer a fatal blow? Will Bani take revenge on Cheel by marrying him? Because the story of Satya Yug ended there. This is a new yug and a new story. My gut tells me that Veer is cheel and Jai is Nag. Naagin ka badla tab hi hoga, jab uska nag mar jaaye. To yahaan, phir se aisa kuch hoga? I don't know why I feel this is again going Mahir-Bela-Vikrant way.

Hence, I vote for neither.

Whether Sharad is a cheel or Naag, I don’t think Mohit can beat him in any manner. Either way I want Sharad only to play cheel. Mohit can continue playing the goody good Nag for all I care.

What if Aakesh became a naag and Hriday became a cheel, I.e. Sharad. Either way it’s still team Cheel since I’m sure Sharad is only the cheel and I hope he is the cheel.

I wish Sharad to be with Surbhi as lead.

@bold this is an interesting take. every season the naagin marries the one whose family she's targeting so this time it might be no different. I don't think Jai will die though , they would have casted a random actor if they planned to do that. But for cheel & naagin to get married a major change has to happen.

I still think that jai is naag and veer is the cheel , it just suits that way. But EK might screw things just how she did with Nayantara and Brinda , was hell bent on proving Nayan is the naagin and then brought the twist. This time the pandits describing them with the two stars and the moon , it's like too straightforward to be true. Just like the previous seasons. But as pointed out by @Rein their restaurant names being silver moon & poison ivy. Like what's the point ? This names can't be a coincidence.

I don't think that's possible. Interesting take though , that would be a good twist. But honestly whatever makes Sharad the cheel I'm down with it. But like the previous seasons , last time Nayantara wearing naagin costumes and all , hell bent on taking her mother's revenge and then zero outcome.

So this time too the pandits conversing about the two stars and the moon was too straightforward to be true. I don't think EK will settle for this rushed start , she'll definitely bring one of her stupid twists.
