Agree with your every point. If they had allowed a little time to show love between Naageshwari and Hriday then we would have felt bad for their love to be incomplete. But the only dialogue Hriday had for Naageshwari was you're looking gorgeous in human form. Like seriously? Basically the whole folklore is about undying love between Naag and Naagin and if one of them is killed, the other avenges. But Mohit Malhotra to insaani roop mein hi itna seedha saada and doormat personality ka lagta, intense naag vali to feeling hi nahi thi. That's why I said CVs completely botched up Hriday's character. Love triangle ka mazaa tabhi hai jab dono characters itne strong ho ki audience decide na kar paye who to ship with whom but Hriday se better to VFX vale naag hote hain.
They should have introduced Hriday properly, given him some dialogues, shown him as some important part of the service of the temple, or maybe mandir ka nag rakshak type ka kuch, but nothing of that sort. They only established Naageshwari as the Sarvashresth Adi Naagin. And all he could say, "Ichchadhari roop me qayamat lag rahi ho", itna cheesy to aajkal ke street romeos bhi nahi hote.
Hriday mara to koi impact nahi, infact, Naageshwari's full concentration was on her hatred and murder of Aakesh, than her love for Hriday. Agar Naag hi strong nahi hua, to kaise ship karu Naag aur Naagin ko. Mohit Malhotra left zero impact as a hero, infact Aakesh ke maut pe jyaada bura laga. I don't know how am I supposed to feel anything for Naagin and her Naag. And if that isn't sufficient, Hriday jaise thakele character ka reincarnation is Veer, whose personality is like Aakesh, and Aakesh jaisa obsessive character ka reincarnation Jai. I mean Hriday ka character to dhang se built karte yaar, taaki me uske liye root karu. Sharad pe cheel jachta hai, Naag bhi, but Satya yug story had zero fizz. Mohit pe Naag to phir bhi chalega, par cheel, no way. Dheeraj ke kaam ka satyanaash kar dega.
