Oh god!😆

These people mess up the subtitles so badly sometimes.

When I watch Malayalam films and see the subtitles, I feel so bad for people who depend on the subtitles to understand what is going on.

Sometimes the subtitles literally have NOTHING to do with the actual dialogue.

Meenakshi looked so pretty there and Vinod Khanna❤️ was a handsome man. Keeping aside the crappy personal decisions he made.

Not true. An extended family’s one bed flat in Bandra (the most prime location you can think of in Bandra) was valued pre-pandemic at 1cr. Post pandemic, you can imagine the state of the property market. Moreover, the flat they bought together was in Malad, no? Malad is hardly Juhu Bandra, despite being somewhat up and coming. Also, it was bought many years ago. So 1.35cr doesn’t sound cheap to me personally.

flats in bandra are that cheap?

and what do you mean post pandemic.. will it be cheaper?

i doubt,.. property is fixed.. pretty much like manhattan..fixed inventory so price won't go down

Heard some people on twitter are getting threats.

Yaar .. it’s exhausting man.

The same people will go call others insensitive if someone utters a word against a convicted criminal but go around mocking SSR and his family. And then there is this “Empowered Women Empower Women” crowd (witch hunt crowd ) .

That’s a one bed with a super spacious living room area that has 2 sofa beds. So the place can actually hold some 4-5 people. Property price has come down a bit, they were getting 1.5cr for it a few years ago but kisi se bhi pooch lo, they’ll tell you the market has been down and will likely stay that way for a while.

Bandra/Khar you’ll at least get 1cr for a one bed. Go out to Mahim, Sion etc (just a station or two from Bandra) and 2 beds will go for about 1.2-1.4cr. Again, this was all pre pandemic. I guess property prices will never really crash but who has money to buy in this economy?

Edit - I just checked with my relatives what the actual quote was. My bad. Bandra 1 BHK was quoted at 1.3cr. And Mahim area 1.7cr for a 2 BHK (that too if you ‘know a guy’)

There is a LOT of black money circulating in Mumbai. Partly the reason why real estate never crashes there. Other reason is of course it being an island.

Sorry to butt in your conversation.

Umm many investors look for opportunities like this. Honestly, Bill Gates have been predicting a pandemic for so long. And when corona was declared a pandemic, i knew that somehow certain part of the economy will be affected however this does bring many opportunities as well.

Today somehow i stumbled upon my portfoli investments, they seem to be doing well.

Sadly, this covid is making some people better off. If im not mistaken, even Bezos is getting more filthy rich since covid.
