SC will study all the points carefully before taking any decision. Since SC decision are always used as precedent in lower courts. So they can't be rash and need to make decision carefully.

It is almost impossible for the decision to come today. But we never know.

Who do you think will win? Will the case go to CBI or Maha Govt?

Hmm...so no order today. I guess we all need to keep patience because this is going to be a long ride. The family is ready to go through this judicial process to seek justice for their son/brother. We also need to be prepared for it🙏

The case will definitely go to CBI

But trials may shift to mumbai😭

Seeing lapse in Mumbai police's inquiry and their failure in following all the legal procedures, the most likely outcome is CBI will take over with SC overlooking the case.

Mah Govt n M. Police cannot be trusted. period! They can cause damage with even 1% involvement n thts exactly why they are filing petitions. SC shud not allow them in any capacity.

People who are seeking justice in this case; They need to have patience and hope in abundance. Route is tough and longer.

Did they have call registry of the numbers this Pithani guy has called. They must be able to find out, which were the numbers he tried to get a locksmith to come (or whoever tried to call, be it Miranda).

Even without direct involvement, they can bribe the CBI officials as it was happened with Jiah Khan case so it should be only court monitored CBI investigations ..

People mocking SSR for actually Looking into Covid solutions have no idea how bright he was . People are laughing out loud at that possibility but he's someone who has learnt so many things on his own and who doesn't brag about his achievements (helping the Nagaland people without divulging it to the media ❤), so why should we undermine his capabilities? I'm pretty sure that he's someone who considered this novel coronavirus as an opportunity to discover something more than a headache, given all that scientific knowledge he had. Whether the patent stealing thing by AU is true or not, I wouldn't be personally shocked if Sushant actually attempted to explore all domains/perspectives to crack a cure for Covid-19.
