That mean they're not there for more than 3 episodes. The way makers promoted them as leads was kinda too much and not revealing the actual star-cast yet.

Yeah, instead of actual leads, cameo leads are promoted in OTT way.

That was done to attract audiences.. The same thing was done during naagin 3 as well.. Ye purana pr stunt hai ekta ka
