I guess in the previous order SC said Investigation should not be in hold.

Who made both of them lawyer in first place if they don't even know the basic defination of investigation, especially Divan. Their license should be checked

The funny thing is, from the time the Bihar FIR has been lodged, mumbai police has done NOTHING with respect to the investigation .

They have only fought jurisdiction battles.even the sham bollywood call ups have been paused from that time.

It made one thing clear by Bihar govt.council, that after post mortem report you either close the case or file an fir, the fact that police have not done this shows their malified intentions

What to expect next. WHat about Rhea's petition against the media trials?

I think Maha Govt deliberately submitted things not related to the case to delay the decision further.......

I honestly feel bad for my city's police department..........somehow my heart doesnt believe that they are doing it deliberately........someone is a powerful position is forcing them to do it.....

I have strong suspicion/gut feeling that somehow 🐧 is involved in this. The way Maha govt. is trying to derail and shut down the case, it is either to save their own kin(🐧) or their skin(underworld connection or trying to bury something else, which can topple over their govt.)

Maharashtra government Mumbai police ain't doing all these to save Rhea. She is a nobody. That's for sure.

Neither it is just Maharashtra vs Bihar anymore.
