Bollywood's silence on voicing justice for Sushant isn't "silence" just per se or in a literal sense here.. it's the subtle siding with Rhea that some of them are doing in disguise of feminism support or whatever else one would want to call it. To me, that speaks volume. So, we are saying that is okay yet stating we want justice for Sushant and his family is too hard to even fathom? Why? Anupam Kher did it, and in a pretty civilized, appropriate manner. Heck, he didn't even take sides. I feel using the legal card here is giving these folks a free pass for something that is plain human decency. You have celebrities in the west going to TRIAL all the time, but that doesn't stop other people/peers saying justice should prevail in the media etc..sure, not everyone proactively from voice it ..but stating justice should prevail doesn't take away anything from a legal matter. If anything, it strengths the cause.

In other words, what I am trying to say here.. it seems that some of Bollywood has already chosen a side and that it doesn't seem to be the same side as majority of the world. And as a reminder, taking Sushant's side here is merely asking for a FAIR shot at seeking justice for the cause of his death - plain and simple.

Some of the BW being the primary Point.. The rest continues to be silent on the issue because in all likelihood they have nothing to say or don't think it's appropriate to say anything at this point

People like Anupam, Swara and Tapsee can say anything.. people will praise/bash/troll and forget in a day.. that's not the case with BW Biggie's.. they will be asked about it time and again and will always be questioned about making an uninformed or half baked stand

Anupam Kher. Taking a stand on political issues by important figures makes a difference because they can impact other people. WHy does this forum rip apart Kangana for her political statements? Of course public pressure can make those trying to obstruct justice be more careful

Wese Shahrukh is the only actor I keenly follow.. did he tweet about BLM that I missed?😆 from what I have seen, he uses his Twitter to only share grief/condolences/ movie promotions and occasional AskSRK sessions.. I don't think he has ever used the platform to express his opinion on any ongoing debate.. has he?

Off late, he has adopted the amswer only when asked attitude😆

Anupam Kher is nowhere near the stature of the Khans. His actions or words have little relevance or repercussions in comparison to theirs. If the Khans come out and ask for justice, they are essentially supporting the media narrative that there is corruption or obstruction of justice by the Mumbai police. That statement would have massive repercussions on their well-being and livelihood by the police and government. Everyone is taking actions according to what they feel is best in their environment.

Nope. None of the big stars tweet about problems of other countries so that's a false argument to begin with. The only ones I can recall are Kareena, Priyanka and Sara Ali Khan. Sara ended up deleting her stupid post after she got backlash. I think Karan Johar put up a picture of a black square to look cool. That's about it.

As I said, even if Kareena, Priyanka and Sara Ali Khan did propaganda for SSR Warriors, they still wouldn't be satisfied. They are just being used to dump the blame on the industry because they want backing from others.

No that the case should have a logical solution and if there are culprits they should be punished does not imply anything about the Mumbai police. In order to defend them you insinuate things we are not asking them to say. No one is asking them to condemn the Mumbai police. Not a single person.

This attempt to paint Anupam Kher as an unbiased observer is funny anyway. Anupam Kher is a big BJP bhakt and always sides with whatever the party propaganda is. This is not some special stand from him. The entire party is colluding to paint the Mumbai Police and Maharashtra badly because they got kicked out of power there. They want this to help them in the next Bihar elections.

Exactly. Especially since the people who did speak out aka Anupam Kher, were never deemed responsible and bashed for months for Sushant's death to begin with. People like the Khan's have been getting bashed since the first day along with others for condolences till date. People are even unnessecarily cussing their families.

Ok let me try this another way. Why are you pressing to ask that this case have a logical solution and not every other case out there? There was a TV actor that died by suicide lately, why are you not asking people to raise their voices for that case? The reason some people are asking for justice in this case is because they feel that there is corruption involved and the culprits are getting away. Stars cannot afford to take that stand without major repercussions.

That is like saying. Why in every suicide that occurs in the world why aren't you raising voice to have a logical conclusion. Heck I cant keep track of every suicide case.e. But sure people in the TV industry sense something fishy they should call for justice if they sense it can be a murder. Why do stars face repercussions by even indirectly speaking out against culprit? Are the culprits people they know? Yet there are no repercussions for speaking in support of criminals? Why
