Amitabh Bachchan went on republic and said Bollywood is a family and Salman is family. When Arnab questioned him about not speaking up for Shweta Prasad who was amazing as a child artist and falsely accused of prostitution. He had no response.

The biggest fact, Social media wasn't as big during the time.. in the recent years, people have taken it on themselves to scrutinize even his from celebrities which is why they have to be all the more careful

and lets face it.. During Salman's arrest, they were protesting against an action, his arrest.. they were supporting him in an ongoing case... same with Sanjay Dutt

what support can they give during this time? You want them to come out and say they don't trust the police investigation? Based on what? You want them to speak against Rhea? Based on what?

They can simply state what Anupam Kher did without critiquing anyone. That the truth needs to be uncovered and he deserves justice. That gesture of his was classy and brave. It would be appreciated coming from every Bollywood celeb.

She’s been going on with her own agenda since day 1 . It has nothing to do with justice for SSR but more for her own imaginary justice .

But that is required when he is not being given justice.. Right now, there is an ongoing investigation.. Everything is being done as per law.. So why do they have to come out and say that he deserves justice? What good will it do? Whats the point of it? its not like he is being denied justice.. for whatever reason, the case has been handed over to CBI.. all angles are being explored.. so why the need for them to harp about justice? Had his family been unsuccesfull in kickstarting the investigations, the need would have come to ask for justice.. right now, there is an investigation

Was them saying that Salman Khan doesn't deserve to be convicted when he got away anyway. Everything was being done by law in an ongoing trial. The point is the have been news that Rhea is getting support behind the scenes. IF they are a family they should stand by each other in ALL cases not just selectively.

There were a lot less news channels too. Things didn't get sensationalized the way it does now. There was no whatsapp to spread fake news either. The whole media environment is so different now where even truthful statements get twisted and lied about. Who would want to speak in today's time?

The other thing is people supported Sanjay Dutt because they had connections to him or were friends with him. His parents were extremely well respected. Sushant's case is being supported by his own friends the same way Dutt was being supported by his friends. Now if Sushant's friends were TV stars and not the big movie stars, nothing can be done about that.

My objection is not towards the silence of BW people rather indirectly calling down upon SSR's family being Bihari and witch-hunting. 🤢 Few celebs keep RTing pro-Rhea and anti-SSR's family Tweets. So it's not like they are not showing whose sides they are on. These celebs who are using their 'Feminist' agenda to saveguard Rhea (with or without any ulterior motive) makes me sick to my stomach. SSR was also with 2 other women, media trial also claims SSR spent huge amount even in 2017-2018. But does anyone from SSR's family blame the ex's ?

Arre bhai criminal hai toh hai. Ab ladki hai ke ladka hai, Bihari hai ya Maratha ya Bong, what to do ? This blind assumption that women are always victims is making me sick, because by now there are ENOUGH proofs that murder or not, exploitation and HUGE money laundering happened. So siding with Rhea for her just being a woman is abusing the 200+ yrs of movement of true feminists.

Oh and my stance to boycott BW movies and celebs still continue. Been 2 months and successfully boycotted hypes and news and movies from all BWers. This entire incident has really helped in putting things in perspective 👍🏼. My age old BW fascination is gone.

It's better to be quiet than to open thier dirty mouths..half baked minds with fully opened mouth is a bad combo!! Atleast let them learn to stfu and save thier own asses!! They learnt that people dont own an ounce of respect for them !!

The same people whine that people talked about Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan and not Sushant! Well, people talk about the ones they care about. Just like these people are obsessed with Sushant and not spending time on the other suicides.
