I know POCD makes it difficult. Even without it sometimes it gets difficult. But thats when they should consult a doctor and seek treatment or way to manage it. Or use the leaves that are already allocated to them. Asking for extra leaves is where I feel it gets bad. In a country like ours where people don't even wait to fully recover from their surgery and rush back to work because they fear of losing their job, such demands will only make companies avoid hiring them.
