I see the point on the other side too, some women do suffer debilitating pain to the point it stalls work and all they can do is lie down in bed.. unfortunately there is no solution that can work out for everyone.. maybe a couple of days off for periods which will be offset with a couple of working Saturdays, so they can can make up for the difference in working hours or something.

I know POCD makes it difficult. Even without it sometimes it gets difficult. But thats when they should consult a doctor and seek treatment or way to manage it. Or use the leaves that are already allocated to them. Asking for extra leaves is where I feel it gets bad. In a country like ours where people don't even wait to fully recover from their surgery and rush back to work because they fear of losing their job, such demands will only make companies avoid hiring them.

Very true. When we (as in the ones who keep making MIDs) joined the forum long back we were very young and the traffic was also not that much like it is today so we used to khule aam share a lot of personal things and details and then slowly the abusing and following on other SM platforms happened with people even posting members personal pictures here 🤮 So extremely important to stay as anonymous as possible esp in these days. This was actually the first online forum I'd joined so really didn't know how things work and how crazy social media is back then but I'm glad we all don't share much of personal data anymore.🤞The site is extremely unsafe and untrustworthy. Like I think when I asked for a self ban due to security issues, my IP was also blocked so couldn't access IF but look in a few days I was again able to come back with a new ID :S
