What are your favorite comfortable shoes?

I'm sore flat feet that most 'beautiful' shoes are a total pain to wear. I like to have a reasonable distance without preparation, so I'm usually constantly stuck with coaches (running shoes), and I hope I can change it a little.

The only other converse sneaker I have to step into are a pair of fighter boots with a tiny blocky heel that I feel comfortable with. Even ordinary casual shoes such as Converse, Vans and Toms are off the table because the arch support is not available.
