congratulations to ishkaran,organised protests, got swamy and arnab involved.

To the members who are finding it hard to accept that, Sushant believed a one week old girl friend over his 30+ year old sister, that too when the allegation is as serious as molestation;

Then why are you believing in this theory? First of all, lawyer did not mention what the allegation was in his interview with Republic. I presume, Pinkvilla has filled in the gap on its own.

If I presume Rhea really made those accusation and if indeed there was really a fight between brother and sister, why did Sushant support Rhea? Explanations are

1) He was smitten in love with her in just few days and got carried away.

2) Rhea immediately started with her jaadu tona stuff and Sushant was under her spell

3) Sushant was under pressure to be with Rhea, whether he believed her or not, whether there was a spell or not.

On possibility 1. Possible for a teenager. But not for 30+ man who has been in relations for years. (That too to the extent of doubting sister on a serious allegation).

On possibility 2. I don't believe in black magic.

This will lead me to conclusion 3. He was compelled. What was his compulsion? People might cite, he was depressed with blinds. But that Sanjana Sanghi blinds came later (after he started staying with Rhea).

Of course, it is only my feeling which has no proof. He was pressured. He could not explain what the pressure was, to anybody.

His ex manager stated (who used to be with him for the entire day). He was removed without any notice. He could not reach Sushant. He was able to see him just once, when he was near Sushant's gate. Sushant did not stop the car, did not open the window to greet him. He could only see the sad face of Sushant inside car. This is what is making me suspect. Even if the staff changing is okay. But why Sushant could not even greet his earlier staff?

Something happened before Rhea came to his life. He committed something (honeytrap) or witnessed something (some underworld dealings). Since then, he was blackmailed and had no control over his personal life.

Coming back to his argument with his sister. I don't think he would have accused his sister. He might have asked her to move on (despite allegation). This could have hurt siste's ego. She probably expected either an apology by Rhea or Sushant to break away from her. Sushant could not explain her, he was not in a position to do both. Any husband would get irritated, if his wife is treated this way (without knowing the reason). So Sushant's brother in law replied to him harshly and broke their ties. By Jan when the anger subsided, they realised something is not going right. Hence the brother in law messaged to DGP.

Rhea wanted a CBI probe..she must be a happy woman today :)

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta requested the Court to make the Centre a party to the proceedings in response to which Justice Roy asked the Centre to file an application to do so.

This is good......BJP will make sure the truth comes out since Shiv Sena fought with it and sided with Congress........i know its political thing but at least truth will come out......

Great! Best news I've had today. Thankful to Arnab for pushing this case along to CBI! He should keep the momentum going.

I can never forget her mocking and sarcasm laced message that she put out demanding for a CBI inquiry. I cannot forget her 'I wish to know what made him take this extreme step' when she was the one in control of his life. I am so glad her mocking all those grieving for him and demanding a CBI probe has blown up in her face in this manner.

I am praying cbi will not mess SSR case. Because they did mess up jiah khan case very badly.
