I was seeing news debate on this issue

Regarding the police complaint in feb- A retired officer was saying no formal compliant lodged, family wanted to take action without any written complaint. They said thats not possible. Further he stated that even if complaint was lodged, sushant was a major. Police cannot go and say to a major adult why are you living with your gf and allowing her to exploit you? etc Sushant can always say i am above 18 years i can live with whomever i want who are you to ask? The police officer even said Sushant was above 18 years if he had problems with Reah he should have himself filed a complaint.

What i feel is that since Reah came in his life, she was taking care of his house and other aspects of life. Nowadays usually GFs/Wifes expect privacy and do not want the boys parents/siblings etc to interfere much in their lives and ask any questions etc. So there was a friction going on. If you look at Sushants friend releasing whats app chats you can read it on IF. In that it shows that Sushant did not even want to read whatsapp messages from sister/bro in law and hence messages were sent to his friend Siddarth or whoever that guy name was from his bro in law.

This could be another side or angle police must look

Reah could have used up his money but may be Sushant was aware and permitted it. Otherwise crores cannot be siphoned as actors have lawyers, CA etc handling their income tax. Even bank if large tranasctions happen they usually call individual to ask and than only transfer money. Since online frauds have increased. So if reah has transferred crores of his money what was bank and CA doing? Why they never told Sushant? Many depressed people work in companies make major decisions, its not like they cannot. So why was Sushant not informed?

You know what's absolutely hilarious in all this. When people call the Singh's, the common man. This is a very influential family in Patna filled with MLA's, IAS & IPS officers. Not to mention a film star.

I remember Rhea's lawyer got ripped apart for stating that the Singh's were using their influence to get the case moved to Patna. But as more information keeps coming forward, it shows that it just might be true. Which in turn makes it even more absurd that the family didn't bother doing much at all when they suspected that Sushants life was in danger in FEBRUARY other than a lazy WhatsApp message.

Now with allegations against Rhea, she is the latest punching bag now.

I fell for it the first time, I genuinely thought blind writers and nepotism gang had a big role to play. But I realized it isn't so simple.

So the next time they found another punching bag, I wasn't going to be so naive. So I kept a more open mind and waited for more facts to emerge. And as more and more facts emerge, it's clearer and clearer that in all likelihood it was a suicide caused by factors beyond anyone's control. But I'll still reserve my comments and wait for the investigation to complete.

Tbh I am very glad that through this tragedy the issue of blind items and nepotism came forward.

The things that rajeev masand wrote was disgusting. You can criticize a film that's alright you can also comment on his acting but how do you assassinate someone's character based on baseless sources?? And please don't say things like "this happens to everyone you need to have a strong mind" NO! Just because they write such stuff about everyone doesn't mean it's normal. Many of the girls get sexually harassed does that mean thats OK?

As for nepotism yes it is all there everywhere and as ssr said it can Co exist just don't stop the outsiders from getting the opportunity. Also, karan has a very bitchy gossip girl type nature, high time he changes it. Same goes for sonam.

Hain? When did I say the family is lying?

I am saying they didn't suspect Rhea in the beginning, but they did after a month and a half, after someone must have filled their minds with the theory that Rhea is the cause of his death.

All the family can get now is closure. Their complaint against Rhea is completely valid and needs to get properly investigated. And a good investigation takes time, not like these TRP obsessed news channels making tamasha every night for prime time news.

Like the article said, the Supreme Court hearing is pending, after which either Mumbai police or Bihar police or even CBI can do their investigation peacefully.

Police commissioner lies in the presser in the morning about no complaint. And in the evening takes a u turn when the proof was staring in their face. So damn honest they are I tell you.

It was not an official complaint as per Mumbai Police & Sushant's father also just shared WhatsApp chat. It was an informal WhatsApp chat from an IPS (Sushant's BIL) to Mumbai DGP. The BIL was using his influence for an informal action which Mumbai Police denied to take without an official complaint. I believe for any official police action an official complaint needs to be given. They should have lodged an official complaint back then which would have helped Sushant. This is all in hindsight, this in no way I want the family to be blamed for whatever happened.

It's a whole Gang working together and saving each other's A**. They didn't think SSR's death would trigger audience so much that they would literally Slaughter each and everyone coming their way 'socially'. They got relaxed after it was shifted towards the Nepotism theory but Mahesh bhatt n Rhea's Freinds Ruined it for her. It's like a story I heard someone Stole Fruits from the temple when the Pandit comes and asks Who opened the Door of the Temple suddenly the thief says 'I didnt eat the fruits'. People were searching what triggered his Depression or what made him sad and these idiots came defending Rhea.

Now after the Family is against Rhea, I see a whole Gang working for Rhea. From social media ppl who r desperately trying to shift the focus to nepotism n mental health using Feminism card etc etc.

You can surely say Someone from the politics is definitely involved. If everyone claims the social warrior doesn't care about Sushant then even they don't care about him or family. All they want is to just Save their Maaliks A**.

They just lost their son/brother. They can take time to grieve and gather proof before speaking up after a month. And if it was an afterthought, they wouldn't have forbidden her from attending his funeral.

Whatever she was her mother didn't know. That's it. No one knows their link because that wasn't even Investigated. Some say Disha was the last to call Sushant n told him something, some says he got anxious because media calling her his manager or whatsoever. Which party do you believe if it's not investigated and verified by Actual Independent Authority.
