Why would Sushant have party at his house after Disha calls him and tells him what happened??

How is anyone even allowed to host parties at the moment? Aren’t we supposed to be social distancing and under a partial lockdown??? Why isn’t anyone raising any concerns about that?

Idk about this theory, but I genuinely think something happened at that party with disha. Either she was accidentally pushed during an argument from 14th floor or It was deliberate, I don't believe she herself jumped from there. And the way Mumbai police is gaslighting everyone, either someone from Bollywood or Aditya thakray is related to either disha's or SSR's death because otherwise there is no logical reason to do this, certainly not for an unknown outsider like Rhea. She is just a small fish in this whole situation, the big fishes are being protected.
