Indeed we need to learn to be kinder to ourselves. We have to build our self esteem and believe in ourselves more. That is the way to survive in today's world.

At the same time, we as a society have to be empathetic and understanding towards others as well. Compassion goes a long way.

I was crying for the video with the sisters. Yes, I think we need to learn to love ourself and stop being very judgmental on others.
