I'm not justifying anything--just trying to understand where this level of animosity stems from.

Sure her sister is provocative and she can be abrasive but some people here aren't just annoyed with her, they think she's an abomination and will stop at nothing to shame and degrade her. That level of animosity is truly lost on me.
