People don't even realize that depression alone does not prove suicide. I have been doing some research and it says majority of people with depression don't commit suicide. I HAD depression. Suicide never crossed my mind once. I am young I have so much to see and achieve in life. Sushant seemed to have similar thinking.
And a majority of those with depression that do commit suicide are those with untreated depression. So the fact that he was on anti-depressants hurts their narrative.
He had a personal trainer. You know how much exercise helps you. It released endorphins into you brain naturally. Endorphins are the chemicals that are lacking in your brain when you have depression. Endorphins are hormones that naturally put you in a more positive, happier, and balanced mood.
In general, this might not really be that true but we aren't talking in general here. We have a particular case and we are seeing things unfolding everyday that drags the case away from being a suicide.
In general -
People with depression can get suicidal thoughts.
People with depression cannot get suicidal thoughts.
People without depression can also get suicidal thoughts.
Suicidal thoughts - when knock your head - it's incredibly hard to resist. They are that strong. You know how hypnotism works? Suicidal thoughts sort of works in the similar way. It's almost like you are hypnotized to get up and finish your self.
But this is general. In this case, we have pretty much a lot of things that takes this away from the possibility of suicide.
