I remember watching some interview of Rhea's when she was talking about her first job as MTV VJ. She got her first salary of 35,000 rupees in the form of a cheque. But she never cashed it because her father told her this should be a memory, so don't encash it.

From that I learnt that she comes from a well-off/privileged family background, who can definitely have the resources to hire a good lawyer.

I’m sure she’s used her contacts..to get hold of him.. the same contacts would have convinced this lawyer.. to fight her case.
