And acc to Rumi jaff ry he immediately got admitted after coming from his europe trip and the media ppl were told it was jaundice🙄

I did not know it was with regards to what was being done to him, but we did discuss he seemed really off for while now right?

Why is the plea getting rejected?

With the lapse of time , what prooofs will be left to get investigated! ?

No I am not talking about rhea and her attempts. I am talking about genuiine proofs like fingerprints And all which are no longer there! The flat is vacated.

A CBI is done when the case is a criminal offense or highly suspected as a criminal offense and can only be done if approved by high or supreme court. They specifically look at it as a crime case/scene. The police is more immersed in doing general investigation, not necessarily always a criminal offense. In Sushant's case, regardless of whatever social media or people are saying in media, high court looks at solid evidence. According to Sushant's autopsy and whatever forensic testing was done, there were no signs of foul play, substance abuse, or struggle. The rest are all alleged suspicions by netizens. If they can present more evidence like text messages, phone calls, etc., they can appeal again. Sushant's family might've retrieved some evidence so let's see.

The clip wasnt conclusive at all. This Sami guy was just speculating.

She asked him "was it about depression" He said "how can the psychiatirst/counselor prescribe any medication without counselling him? A psychiatrist must counsel first". When she pressed him more details, he said "Rhea used to take care of it" matlab he doesnt exactly know.

This is a normal opinion that you or I must be thinking about Rhea too after the FIR- but isse kuch pata nahi thaa. This cant be used as evidence.

The only thing of note that he said was "Rhea ke baad everything changed"- but that was also vague

Dengue. He was admitted for deep depression, is what Rumy mentioned. I dont know, not a psychiatrist , but to me he did not in that situation(in Euro pics) that he had to be admitted immediately that too for deep depression. I dont know the more I think about this guy, the more I feel bad.

No but you see, my question was about what he said, but he did say he did not know about his medicines, the trainers do know about all this, about all medications..thats what I know.. And he did say Rhea did not let him in at all...SO i said please correct me if I am wrong ? Everything changed well , we know that, good that people close to him are talking about it, when fans say the neutrals don't understand , when someone who knows him speaks , neutrals might consider.

I dont want to talk about what medications and how it was being prescribed.That we know nothing about. If you see my post , I did not at all talk about anything on those notes, I just talked about two things. And i am not saying this video is conclusive..so yeah
