Why is the plea getting rejected?

With the lapse of time , what prooofs will be left to get investigated! ?

No I am not talking about rhea and her attempts. I am talking about genuiine proofs like fingerprints And all which are no longer there! The flat is vacated.

It will be done on a much larger scale by agencies that have the power to look much more in depth than any police. The plea was a done by a free lancer. Dr. Swamy is still convince it can be done and has said to let him handle it. No forensic evidence from the flat can be recovered as it wasn’t sealed. That is all lost.

Nobody can prove that his depression was medicinal induced. There is no way.

I just hope it's not true.

That would be the end of any sort of humanity left in this case.

A person can be suffering from anxiety but if he is not depressed and if he is given anti depressants , that is more brutal than killing him with a knife.

Insomnia+ anxiety is a deadly combination but still for a very long time doctors prefer counselling over medication.

It is a very grave accusation.

OMG.. Usually the trainers to know about the medications right ? I mean am I wrong here please somebody correct me If I am. Also he did say he was different after Rhea came into picture. Why would people who have been close to him throughout say that at all?

Also I feel bad for the trainer. He did not know he is being recorded. Will he be questioned or be in some kind of danger.
