I was watching the last day Interview, Pooja was telling Rohit is solved and straightforward like Yudi and teased him saying that other than she doesn't know about staking his wife 😆

It's a granth aka an epic like a novel. I couldn't find Pandavs generation tree in history tbh. I tried to see if Jarasandh of Magadh had any connection to the Nandas & the Mauryas but I have not succeded

I mean all the cities and towns and the places were present in current day. I don't think so, it's fiction. I read somewhere that the last king of Pandava line was dethroned by Mauryas.
Let's agree to disagree.

Mahabharata is an Aitihasic Granth/Mahakavya it's means historical account
Jarasangh belonged to the Brihadasth dynasty. There were three dynasties between them the Nandas.

Mahabharata is definitely history many proofs for it. I would list it down in the next comment

But it isn't a biography nor a documentary.
And is Jarasandh mentioned in that dynasty lineage? I couldn't find that. I would like to see if he is. Mauryas are my fave dynasty

Any author who writes historic would be referring to existing social norms/class/places /rules etc. But the characters in his 'novel' may or may not be real.
Its Ok, we can always have different pov. 🤗
