Abetment is very very difficult to prove because usually when it is used, such as cases of wives harassed by their husbands, mental cruelty etc, it has to proven in a court of law "beyond reasonable doubt". That means circumstantial evidence wont be enough. Evidence has to be very clear and convincing. But in this case, if there are clear messages (if this story is true) where he's told his friend about imprisonment' in his house ie being controlled, being blackmailed and most importantly, a money trail, then it might be easier.

Again the issue is we dont know any of the confirmed facts regarding this proof, so veryyy difficult to say. I also feel bad speculating about anyone's guilt because we know so little. But I do believe SSR's family is full of intelligent people who will do this right.

@I guess this like we discussed in the other post could be a blind. There is no mention of any such friend in the FIR registered.

This 'actress-friend' can be Kriti. She visited Sushant's dad in Mumbai and he mentioned her in his first interview that she met him. She has been very low-key. She also mentioned that Sushant tried to push her away but she always wanted happiness for him which is true. She never stopped supporting him. I always saw that. After her breakup with Sushant, she was actually disturbed. I followed her from the beginning and I remember she kinda stayed silent during that time. Her sister Nupur even went on record after that to mention that Kriti has only had 2 relationships till date. Kriti also mentioned that it's impossible to argue with Sushant because he always felt that he was right.

What a damn mess.

I think the details that the family has come up with are extremely personal and it would have been difficult for anyone in the industry to be privy to those details since Sushant wasn't close to many people in there. Since it was pretty clear that he was harassed in the industry as well by someone we do not yet know with the release of blinds in a systematic manner, the focus naturally shifted there. I refuse to believe the blinds did not contribute to his worsening mental health. Therefore, a lot of people who have survived such hounding in the past found the courage to speak up. I second you here completely. The FIR has nothing to do with bollywood. It is very personal and specific in details. They are not just randomly blaming rhea and others who are mentioned.

But, this is not a free ticket to others who have , for years, humiliated, mocked, laughed at and ignored sushant. The fact still remains the same that his movies indeed got shelved many times. Kedartnath still remained Sara's movie while he was equally if not more involved in it.

Probably he indeed was broken piece by piece by the industry and he knew about this lobby. Not once but many times in his own way he spoke about it and he was so sure of his life that he was ready to quit biollywood and go out farming or was ready to take out his own camera and act. He had it all planned. Whatever emotion torture he went by the hands of bollywood, he knew his way out initially.

There is a possibility that he found solace in rhea previously and trusted her with his plans. Irrespective of the allegations, no-one can deny that his ecosystem was indeed changed. His house was changed, his managing team was changed, hell , his domestic staff was changed too! Now that allegations are out, it does seem like within a span of 1 year ( too soon for a relationship) his emotional dependence on rhea was way too much. This is the only thing i can conclude. And when someone is emotionally depended on you, its way too easier to manipulate. Whether or not rhea did it is a secondary thing.

If he was not depressed and was only anxious, the anti depressants have the capabilities of ruining your thinking process entirely. All those people who had opened mental health campaign lately will agree (read : should). There is no way to prove that he was not depressed and yet was given the dosage. If that is the case, and if the allegation of overdosage is true, I am not surprised that her (alleged) threatening must have worked way more than expected. If it is true then sushant knew media would rip him apart with his already tarnished image with mee-too allegation and thats how bolywood and that lobbying again came to picture.

I just saw interview by supreme court's lawyer taking sushant's case and even i do try to give iota of benefit of doubt to this girl , i cant. That lawyer said and i quote " Sushant was very scared that she might accuse him with disha's death because he had threatened him she would alng with telling media that she will leak his medical reports. He had no movies in his hand due to the clause of keeping rhea as leading lady. We have enough proofs but will not talk about it since it can negatively affect the investigation. Sushant had confided in one of his family members about documents being snatched and all the threatening after rhea left him and blocked his number".

Its been more than a month. Nothing must be left for the investigation to take place by bihar police or cbi. I am sorry but mumbai police failed him and his family. More than required time was given to scrap out anything that was required. If the top most lawyer can be arranged within hours by a few movies old actress, anything can happen.

Dont want to comment anymore about her or bhatts or anyone anymore. I am just heart broken at this boy's destiny. That's it.

As far as this article is concerned , Ankita was the only one who had gone to Patna to be with his family ( a very heart warming gesture) But i dont think she was in touch with him to know things as personal as this , unless he contacted her on his own in his last days which is again highly unlikely because she was literally in shock when his news of death was out.

But her story about truth wins has given me doubts. But untill then i am treating this article as a blind.

OK First of all if the above post is true, I do feel it's Ankita, why she tweeted such a confident tweet about Truth wins.

Really? I don't have any idea though.

The only person who was verified to be Sushant's friend, outside of his friend circle, were Rajkumar Rao, Kriti and Nupur Sanon and Richa Chaddha. Richa had even spoken of struggling alongside him since her Ram Leela interviews. They used to do theatre together,There is proof of this.

Baaki whoever has spoken out since was NOT his friend.

SSR was never friends with Payal. Not even a random picture together.

She wasnt. He was friends with a very tiny group of people, outside his old friends and team, and Payal didnt even cross paths with him.

Only verifiable people who knew him and were friends with him from fims, otuside his gang, were the Sanon sisters, Rajkumar and Richa C.

Not even Amit Sadh or Abhishek Kapoor so much, who was more of a mentor.
