Opposition lawyers will dig out anything shady against her and try to prove her as accused in something else. If her statements are proven wrong, many people are going would accuse her of defamation. That’s what she is trying to avoid.

Actions have consequence. You cannot go on tv demanding justice and accusing others of being murderers without substantial proof.

Also, she cannot ask law enforcement officers to hand her questions in advance. It’s not some tv interview that she can give carefully curated answers.

Kangna ki khud ki phati padi hai ab......what people do not understand is that opinions cannot be challenged in court....but distorting the facts and accusing someone can be ....example.....Kangna can say.....that KJo is a bad person, he is vile and vicious....all that are opinions ...and the court will tell Kjo ..suck it up...but the minute Kangna says...that KJo got Sushant murdered.....that can be challenged....and if the court determines that the allegation was put by Kangna without any proof just to malign KJo.....the courts will rule in favor of KJo.....its just an example......and if KJo wants to sue Kangna ...trust me he will have the best lawyers on his side.....ab phatne ki baari jhoothi makkar Kangna ki hai..

I feel Kangana was taking police investigation as joke. Police investigates people from both sides accused and victims. She forgot that. Her interviews are recorded live by media and seen by all. Lying to police and law is a criminal offence specially in the cases where victim is dead. She could be arrested under Perjury under IPC under section 193.

Kangana can be arrested under this law and imprisoned upto 7 years. She would be fined too.

We also have punishment and fine under IPC 499 and 500 with fine and imprisonment for 2 years.

I agree with you.

She will charged under so many sections of Indian Penal Code with imprisonment and fine. She could be barred from giving any interviews to media for instigating hate and harm against certain individuals. Media houses and TV channels would be fined for running false news. Some might lose license and could be winded under companies act.

What will happen to her career after all this drama? People would not like to work with her. She has offended and insulted everyone.
