This is something any decent human being would do. People even try to collect CCTV footage and give it to police. I have seen people even tried to collect evidence from every where.

Wrong. Law decides who is or is not the witness. Clearly, they haven’t decided she is yet or they would have dragged her to the police station

I feel she is sacred of interrogation now. Her any statement given to police would be investigated and challenged in court regarding SSR suicide. Opposition lawyers will dig out anything shady against her and try to prove her as accused in something else. If her statements are proven wrong, many people are going would accuse her of defamation. Plus many people in bollywood have already blacklisted her now. She is in trouble from all the sides.
