She gave them NOTHING. They did not have her IPAD or Computer. She refused. They didn't need her physical phone to get that information. They just needed permission and they could have accessed the information from there. This is why they could not continue on and trace any info from the reported Imposter and why the case was closed.

She is the one in her e-mails (all given to the police and CYBER CRIME Unit by Hrithik) to Hrithik who claimed she's been speaking to him for months before at another e-mail. Maybe she wantd to believe the imposter and he were the same, or she made it all up in her head like a "phantasy".

Forensics showed there were no e-mails ever sent to her from his real or the fake e-mail from any of Hrithik's electronics. The so called Imposter is why he filed a legal complaint in 2014 even before he got the barrage of e-mails at his real e-mail from her. He didn't want someone running around pretending to be him and cat fishing people.

What article is that line from? Again those emails as Kangana claims were curated. Like I said there are ways to delete you emails in a way they cant be retrieved ever again before you file a case. For all we know he could have four five email IDs. He said that other email ID belonged to someone else. They didnt find that other persons existence. Again there were no leads on the case meaning according to cyber crime none can be proved. And they closed the case without investigating her electronics. Again police can get search warrants where they are allowed to search you things when there are enough evidence or accusation against you. You are telling me they closed the case without ever searching her electronics? If not they could have also hacked into them? Only her phone got destroyed?

I never got called Hrithik a criminal mastermind. I said the truth is in the middle somewhere. i just keep repeating the cyber crimes statement no leads to either side of the case which means no one got proven guilty. It is you both who are convinced that Kangana got proven guilty when she didnt.

Due Process, " Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubte. Here cyber crimes claim they didnt find any LEAD aka evidence on either sides and you two are trying to prove her guilty STILL.

He would have to be a criminal mastermind to do all the stuff you claim he could have done.

She provided NO evidence. No they could not get a warrant to get her stuff since in this case she was supposedly one of the victims of the "Imposter" and she wasn't pursuing charges unlike Hrithik.

In regards to her stalking - she couldn't be charged because once again it is not illegal for a woman to stalk or harass a man in India. The law isn't gender neutral, it exists only to protect women. So he couldn't bring a case against her that would result in a warrant to get her electronics.

In the end he did everything he could do to prove they didn't have a consensual romantic or sexual relationship. Her own e-mails prove it. Aside from the hacking stuff being well beyond HR's skill set or making any logistical sense it just could not happen and not be caught with CYBER CRIMES going though all his electronics.

She on the other hand, the one who was claiming first through blind items, then through rumors and finally publicly that they were exes and had an affair had not one shred of proof for a relationship she claimed went on for years (even while she was in other relationships apparently) and ended with a proposal and engagement in Paris....

Once again him hacking into her computer is not something I claim. It is what Kangana claims. Kangana would be a criminal if everything Hrithik says is true. Hrithik would be a criminal mastermind if everything Kangana says is true. You can't win either way. Hrithik filed a complaint against the imposter. He felt like a victim of everyone not Kangana.

Once again then the Cyber Crimes unit would have said even though we have evidence of her stalking we cant hold her accountable by law. They said and let me repeat it for the millionth time and it still wont get into your head. We dont have any leads aks EVIDENCE on either side of the case. NO ONE can be proven right or wrong. Not Kangana NOT HRITHIK. You still pretend that the forensic evidence proved him right but that directly contradicts cyber crimes statement. And don't tell me that the cyber crimes unit of all people were not capable of hacking on to her electronic devices. That would be the joke of the century.

You have no proof that she was behind any blinds. That is just something you are claiming without a source or evidence just like blinds do. And when she made that silly ex comment she took no names. It was left for people to speculate. Again and Hrithik has no proof that she came knocking at his door drunk. If he was having an extra maritial affair of course he would be extra careful to hide it as a public personality. If she couldn't prove the affair. She did not want to after a certain point. She just needed to prove that she wasn't a stalker so she needed to state the truth. But again if she couldn't prove the affair. He couldn't prove her to be a stalker. REPEATING the cyber crimes quote no leads aka evidence found for either side. Im sure it still wont sink in. But neither party was proven guilty. End of story.

Regarding Kangana, I used to completely dismiss all her claims as fully baseless. But off late I'm trying to be more objective, with all the dislike towards her gone out the window.

I will never know about the truth of KR-HR, but my personal suspicion is there was a little something. And my, again suspicion, is that KR felt betrayed, seethed in anger, picked up arms, and metamorphosed into nepotism-mardini. And the rest is history. 😊

I was actually searching to find dirt on her. I listened to the entire interview trying to be objective as possible to Hrithik and trying to put my feminist nepotism bias aside. I actually believed him to some extent than I came across that video and triggered my memory. If my memory is right he was def lying about the friendship part.

It's fine when people call Kangana out for being a douchebag, but the sl*t shaming and making fun of mental illnesses and using the word "crazy" is very loathsome. People here sometimes go too far when they want to insult Kangana they end up invalidating mental illnesses and the sl*t shaming is terrible.

The other thing is who had more to lose if people learned about the affair. The committed party is always considered more at fault. Of course the only way to point fingers at Kangana was to portray her as a crazy person. BUT can someone crazy be a successful and talented as Kangana.

Once again cyber crimes could have very well hacked into her devices. He brought into the limelight and made it a hot topic of discussion when he slapped the case against her. Other than that the only time she mentioned was to take a subtle dig at him without taking any names. Yup a few people might have believed the affair or one night stand. But the committed party would have been more at fault than. Who had more to lose? In terms of drama he created the drama here. He could have very well shrugged it off. He could have blocked her email. He brought the accusation by slapping a case. And all she had to prove she wasn't a stalker and she did. Let me repeat the cyber crimes statement for you. Although it prob still won't sink in. No leads aka evidence found for either side of the case. I am sure that is good enough for Kangana. As she never slapped a case against anyone. She cleared her name.
