She provided NO evidence. No they could not get a warrant to get her stuff since in this case she was supposedly one of the victims of the "Imposter" and she wasn't pursuing charges unlike Hrithik.
In regards to her stalking - she couldn't be charged because once again it is not illegal for a woman to stalk or harass a man in India. The law isn't gender neutral, it exists only to protect women. So he couldn't bring a case against her that would result in a warrant to get her electronics.
In the end he did everything he could do to prove they didn't have a consensual romantic or sexual relationship. Her own e-mails prove it. Aside from the hacking stuff being well beyond HR's skill set or making any logistical sense it just could not happen and not be caught with CYBER CRIMES going though all his electronics.
She on the other hand, the one who was claiming first through blind items, then through rumors and finally publicly that they were exes and had an affair had not one shred of proof for a relationship she claimed went on for years (even while she was in other relationships apparently) and ended with a proposal and engagement in Paris....
