His family has to deal with all this circus on the top of whatever they are already going through...I feel sorry for them is an understatement! Initially they tried to come up with some fake interviews of his dad, his mamaji etc but the family has put out a statement saying they haven’t done any of the said interviews...Its amazing how they gently but firmly put their foot down and made it very clear that they are not going to be a part of this circus! All these people like Kangana, Payal, Shekhar Kapur (who Kangana called God like😳) Shekhar Suman and some desperate journalists, politicians etc have tried and are still trying to milk this but the family has done a good thing by not getting manipulated by these opportunists and staying away from them...

Because Rajeev Masand and his "blinds" have no credibility after all of Sushant's well-wishers, co-workers, friends and family members vouched for him, his work ethic and professionalism, including that girl who was used as a patsy in the #metoo blind item.

You're not going to question each and every one of them for pooh pooh-ings those blinds, now are you? Unless you have some strong inclination to believe those blinds in the first place.

They may be true or they may be false.....my take on the blinds is ....blinds should be made illegal....u cannot make a blind obvious with enough hints that its about a particular actor, proceed to write about that actor and then escape the music if u are giving false information....BW celebrities are public figures...if they are doing something wrong and u have a proof...write about it...but name that actor clearly...so that if they have to say something...or want to file a defamation case against u...they have a legal recourse....everyone should have one....that is only fair.....no one should be allowed to escape the drill just because ..they didn't name the person but made it so obvious that that person is harassed but can do nothing about it...that is absolutely wrong.

Genuine question... when is mudslinging ever okay? If there is evidence, spit it out, names included. If not, journalistic code of ethics says you are not to publish.

I am so sorry, the article I read misrepresented the incident.

I still think it's weird. Both actors should have given consent.

Exactly... as if blinds should even exist at all! It's nothing to hold in a high regard, because it's being perpetuated as a legal way to defame people with no consequences. Who in their right mind would even support or defend that.

My question was to OP. It sounded like she was asking what makes anyone think the blinds weren't true and therefore not okay. IMO, they're not okay, true or false. It can only be true if the reporter had evidence it's true. Then, he/she should publish the story, names included, and stand by it. If there is no evidence, then he/she doesn't know it's true. So don't publish. Publishing without evidence is simply mudslinging. It's done as blinds to escape legal repercussions.

Rajeev Masand should be summoned. Him and each person who was involved in metoo and all other false rumors should be accountable and there should be a rule where Blinds be Illegal. There is no need to interfere actors personal life and telling the world what they are doing and not doing. We only want good movies and that is it.

OMG she took a week! i take longer to reply to some of my texts.. she was a newcomer she may not have known how to react to something like that..she may not have been advised by her team (if she even had a team) that a blind like that was circulating.. maybe she was on holiday...

the only person who should be blamed here is the publication who published it AND the person/team/PR who paid for that publication to write it..
