Why does everyone believe Rajeev Masand's blinds were false? - Page 2

I used to like reading blinds, thought maybe they were true but I felt horrible when sushant died and I saw the tweets Sushant put when he was alive. He wrote a tweet don't remember the exact quotes but he said you put false stories about me, I wish you put the same amount of imaginary stories into your direction of movies. Or something similar tweet he wrote. I felt bad he kept defending himself and he was by himself. I can understand that feeling so much when your by yourself and the whole system is against while your just there doing your job but some people decide to gang up on you because they don't want you to succeed.

He even wrote on one of his tweet please support me or else they'll kick me out of the industry. Poor guy. I wish he stayed alive and told his story in a movie or something.

And about that me too, girl denied it when he was alive, when he died she denied it too. So her statements are the same

No it didn't happen after his death.. Manoj talked about how Sushant was a delight to work with even when he was alive.. People started noticing it now

As for neighbors, no body was gonna talk to them till he was alive

As for bothering me, the only thing that bothers me is that I think I judged the guy too harshly at times.. other than that, everything is hearsay and I really don't have an opinion on it

Maybe he indeed was difficult to work with for some people, maybe he wasn't.. maybe he was a good neighbor, maybe he wasn't.. now that he is no more, people will obviously only say good about him.. so I don't have an opinion on that

How did it all go away suddenly after his death? Because until he was alive, even a couple of months back when he donated a $1000 towards some cause, people bashed him saying he was trying to cover his tracks...

Masand earlier used to write blinds that were original and true.

But after having to write a blind every week, he started to copy blinds from other portals. Or take up a news item that wasn't a blind and dressed it up to make it one. With that kind of standards, I am pretty sure he started making up stuff as blinds in order to fill his weekly quota.

He acted as a PR conduit for stars and his non-blind news items were filled with what a particular star wanted to broadcast. When Bombay velvet was delayed by almost a year, he wrote an item saying Kashyap wanted to take it to Cannes and that's why the move is delayed. I've lost count of the number of times that Deepika was supposed to be in talks with a famous director for some movie. According to him, she would be starring in movies with Ritesh Batra, Shoojit (after Piku), Sriram Raghavan, SRK's Zero and many more. In fact on the last point, he went to town confirming that Deepika was to star in Zero. Every single one of this was fake. He doesn't seem bothered by this though.

If his news standards are so low, then I get the impression that he just didn't bother to do any due diligence with his blinds. He threw whatever is out there to fill his column inches.

Me too basically went away after his death because Sanjana came all out with how great a guy Sushant was so the blind was put to rest once and for all

Also because as soon as he passed away, everyone was way too emotional and at that time even if someone had a doubt about the metoo thing being true, voicing it out would have never occured to him..

Which co star of his ever complained about him or even hinted ??? Kedarnath to Dhoni to Chhichhore to DB to Sonchiriya - so many co stars of his had so often posted such lovely things about him. A Tahir Raj Bhasin had an article done in which he spoke about how Sushant helped him with cricket preparation, Navin Polishetty used to post videos, Shraddha posted a book he gave her/ spoke so fondly about him whenever asked , choreographer Caesar 's wife had posted about him last year , his Sonchiriya costar ( I am forgetting his name) posted about him, Nitesh Tiwari posted a happy bday wish for him this year on insta ( he din't do that for Shraddha ), Neeraj Pandey many months post Dhoni release in 10 years of anniversary of him as a director spoke about Sushant being such a hard worker which is rare among actors, Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta anniversary post this year was all about him and not anyone else, she had posted about him in 2018 too and the list is endless. Ab iske aage log aur kya praise karenge ?? If the media never cared to highlight these and highlighted on only what they wanted to , what to even do?

She did refute the blinds within a few days at that time itself..and got SSR bashed even more for arm twisting the poor her and making her refute it all!

See.. it's quite possible that someone arm twists his or her costar to make a certain statement.. but once someone is dead, who would have nice things to say about her molester? She would have kept quiet or post a simple condolence message na?

I am talking about the metoo...And who are you trying to convince btw? I personally never had any questions about his character...Because I personally choose to detach myself from the personal lives or what goes behind the scenes in these actors’ lives...I watch their movies and if I like their acting I will look forward to their next work...Bas baat khatam!
