Kareena-Katrina-Priyanka era: Who was actually ruling?

Before Deepika, was there a unanimous No. 1? Or were all 3 at the same level?

I personally don't think Katrina was ruling as she has had only flowerpot roles, and even her films without Akshay Kumar or Salman rarely hit box-office gold.

Kareena gave good initials with Heroine and also did the big-budget type of commercial entertainer, which was a good balance.

Priyanka was the one who did the best roles, had the best talent out of the ,and after Fashion did several movies that revolved around her and justified her acting chops.

Which actress was No. 1 and had most box-office pull?

Back then the race to number one was decided by the number of movies one would get with the buddha khans. Whoever got the most movies with khans that year was theirs

There was never an unanimous actress ruling bolly in recent times. It has always been a mix of 2 or 3 top ones

Katrina was ruling the box office for sure, rarely any box office flops. Only when she tried to be a serious actress is when she started giving flops.

I thought it was pretty unanimous that it was Kareena? And then DP took over the mantle in 2013. Katrina was hugely successful too but never a candidate for the Imtiaz/Bhansali type roles necessary to become Queen Bee (or that's how it used to be)

By this logic Deepika was also never number one 😆 Alia and Shraddha are also delivering blockbustors and good initials than deepu Rani
