I hope you enjoy watching horror movies because it is quite a dark movie. But it is one of Pooja Sawant's best movies. Totally deglam and reminds you of Smita Patil's raw movies (Smita Patil is her idol). She got the Dadasaheb Phalke Excellence award for this one.

I think she received Smita Patil Maharashtra State award for Bhetali Tu Punha in the year 2018 and she received the Dadasaheb Phalke award for excellence again in 2018 for her role in Lapachappi.

Apparently Lapachappi has received 16 International awards and herself received the best actress award for that role in the Edinburgh festival of Indian films (thanks to Google search😉).

I look at her as the next Mukta Barve.

I am sorry but i have to disagree , pooja is nowhr close to mukta in terms of acting. Looks wise defi pooja has upperhand.

gashmeer looks superhot 🔥🔥. I luved him in anjaan supernatural series on netflix. After long time ie after milind soman we have marathi hot guy. Bhushan pradhan is also good but he looks too vain .

@bold, agree, as of now, but she definitely has a clear goal in mind to be a strong actress rather than a glamorous one. She is among the better looking ones in the industry but if you look at her present roles she is doing down to earth meaty roles rather than just running round trees. If you have seen the movie Nilkanth Master, she has done the role of a vivacious village girl turning into a stony woman after she is married off to a lunatic and done it with such intensity.

As I had mentioned earlier too, Mukta is far ahead and continues to be my favourite but among the new crop of actresses I am rooting for Pooja's ability.
