I used to have urine infections a lot too. Like every 6 months or so. It was terrible and after marriage it got even worse you can figure out why😆 but since past 1.5 year i have been infection free thankfully! Hopefully it stays this way

If you drink plenty of water (boil barley rice in a lot of water, and drink that water once a day) and have a proper diet (avoid tomato seeds, dairy products, ...), eat loads of red beans, kidney stones shall not return.
my dad’s family side are all stones friendly 🤪 and they are almost stone free now.
my dad would always say if only I produced diamond stone instead, I’d have been a billionaire by now 😆
