They usually (before the tide turned against them) don't read plebs' comments anyway. They only read verified account comments.

They are just using this as a shield so that the valid criticisms stop. Manoj, Apurva types have left the room since Kalia PR played this victim card.

You'd often see semi popular accounts saying something nasty to a celeb, and when the fans react, those people totally ignore the non-offensive and logical replies, instead they quote the one or two vile reactions and use that to say more nasty things about the celeb and to seek sympathy too. When they do that their mutuals don't tell them that they themselves were wrong for being nasty to a celeb.

Wonder why people always target actresses with this, people did the same to Deepika during padmavati time where they would give rape threats to her. During Padmavat time even I got so many death and rape threats since I defended Deepika. It was extended to my mother and sisters too. Apparently, people living in India were going to rape and kill me 😂 . I just laughed it off. It pissed them off even more . It didn’t scare me one bit since I know I was far and protected. It cannot be same for people living there though.

So I can definitely understand where Bhatts are coming from but it’s just playing victim at this point . It’s a way to turn accusations into victimhood. It’s a PR strategy to leverage. Since people aren’t backing down and it’s not settling down on bit so it’s all a game .

I am not saying it doesn’t affect them. But for tone deaf people, who preached about staying at home after attending a party, it’s kind of hard to feel sorry for. Mom calling others Covidiot while her daughter attends parties...

People here were laughing and relishing all the threats hurled at Deepika. Apparently, it’s ok if SLB gets slapped or Deepika gets rape threats but not Alia. Double Standards much.

And yeah I found it strange that people targeted Deepika but spared the male actors. Wth. It's like fear of 'rape' is used to control women and force them to be obedient to their anger. It makes me so sick! I hope you got to take action against those evil people

I know regular girls who get rape threats too. It’s not just celebs. It’s unacceptable

More power to Shaheen. Anyone in their right mind would support this, even if they are against nepotism and starkids. Abusive, hate-filled messages, rape and death threats are all criminal offences. If you oppose what Shaheen is doing, you're emboldening and enabling such crimes.
