There any many women who never reported actual rape. Does that mean other shouodnt report too? It's not fare to compare Aloos case wiry Obama. He didnt complain, that does not mean other shouldn't mean against similar threat.

If the obscene language and threats cause any form of emotional distress to a person, they can report and sue in America as well so I don't know what you are talking about. Some choose to avoid it and not take action. But you can be sent a cease and desist letter. Shaheen is a sufferer of depression. If this unnecessary barrage of threats cause her any form of distress which she can prove, she can take action.

R*pe threats and death threats are NOT an "opinion" . It is not just merely "swearing". The post is literally saying that she will take action against the r*ape threats which she can by law as it falls under harassment.

Wow I just read one of the messages sent to her. How can people be so vicious? From wishing she falls into depression again, wanting her dead body to be eaten by ants and snakes, wishing her husband dies and that she never gets a child to her mom being raped...how low can they fall? And some people actually think it's funny and term it as freedom of expression. Pathetic!

I was talking about the trolling. About people calling out nepotism and need to boycott. She take action against the trolling I as I said. That is what it says in the title. I read the comments posted and I couldnt find a death threat. Again "I hope you die from depression" is not a death threat. I said she can do that but that is less then five percent of the trollers. And there going to jurisdictional issues if they are from different countries. If they using traceable accounts. My point was there is no way should this stop trolling as a whole.

Yes I read the title it says online rape threat and harassment and henceforth. I can reply to whatever context in the topic that I found relevant. There is one thing about being a moral policer there is another thing about being a hypocritical. The thread I posted about you not openly condemning death threats. I remember saying it on that thread itself that death threats is taking it too far!

What does this prove? I have never supported threats.

Am I supporting death threats in that post?. NO. What are you trying to say?! I merely said that they should lay low from posting a few days until the fire dies down because 26 days ago, Sushant's death was still very recent. But, alas, the situation has only gotten worse. At this point, it is not okay and out of hands.
