Rekha Refuses To Get Tested For COVID-19

The official further said that they had sent a sanitization team to Rekha’s bungalow but the actress didn’t allow it to enter the house and sanitise it.

The team had to return after sanitizing Rekha’s house from outside, the report added.

A civic official, who did not wish to be named, however, told the Hindustan Times that Rekha did not want BMC to test her.

The BMC team reached Rekha's residence for the same. However, no one opened the door. After a while, the manager spoke from behind the door and enquired as to what the matter was. When BMC team told her that they had come to take their tests, Farzana said, "Take the number, call me, and then we shall talk." Ultimately, the BMC team had to return.

Is she gone mad or what? she should get tested corona is dangerous.

Is she, though? If she doesn't have symptoms or has mild ones, nothing changes - she won't be taken to the hospital anyway, I think.

Maybe she should? I guess it isn't that pressing since the people who are her help are positive already, right?

Thats what I was thinking 🤪

It's her choice to be tested, but if she's suspected of the virus and she's refusing testing, she should be mandated to be in quarantine for 14 days. She can assume she's positive and follow protocol.

Of course if she develops symptoms she'll need to go seek medical help or can choose to be tested then.
