She was smart in choosing to stay relevant and prolonging her career some risky roles may have hindered that.

Times have changed. Look at Tabu, Vidya, Aishwarya, Rani, Kajol - all of them older than her and still going strong. Even Kareena's contemporaries Priyanka and Katrina are doing extremely well in their careers, even better than Kareena.

So more than Kareena, it's about the times we are living in, where actors are getting more opportunities and older women are becoming acceptable.

Aishwarya played a college student when she was 37 years old and married, and that too in a commercial blockbuster like Robot! Just an example.

Actors like Sushmita, Karisma, Manisha are getting web series - if web series didn't exist they would never have gotten mainstream films and they'd be lying jobless. But that's changing.

So bottomline, it's changing times, not Kareena or any particular actress.

I'm looking forward to Lal Singh Chaddha with Aamir.

I have doubts about Takht happening at all. So I'm gonna hope that she drops that project and sign something else after LSC
