No itâs not vegan....they add the enzyme lactase so that the lactose is broken into other form of sugars...this way lactose intolerant ppl can consume it, but the source of the milk is still cow (not plant based).
Itâs like ghee, although the process removes milk solid making it dairy free but itâs derived from cow so itâs not considered vegan.
