My guess is -- he means he is 'dharma'. So if you stay in dharma's course, you will get moksha and if u don't, u will get narak.

Now the problem is, bachha party fandom won't read it between the lines and would see Krishna as a personality similar to Christian Grey and paint Geeta in 50 shades.
