Yes kangana has a string of flops.But she has also had big hits like twmr and queen.

Kangana is famous and worshipped for her outspoken self but sadly that doesn't convert into box office numbers. Her box office pull despite being a good actress is as good as likes of Sonam. Same with Tapsee. Their movies work because of its content and good WOM. BTW that is the case with most actors of this generation and that is how it should be. This Star system needs to end.

Hasn't Tapsee overtaken Alia too. Tapsee's films are the type of movies Alia did good. And Tapsee has become the face of such films. Now Alia is like gully ka kutta, na ghaat ka na ghar ka. Naa Tapsee type films mein awwal, na glamorous films mein pass.

After TWMN2. She has strings of hit movies like Revolver Rani, Katti Batti, Simran, Rangoon, Judgemental kya hai, Panga. 

Manikarnika did cross 100 crores but couldnt save the movie due to high budget. 

Kangu is stardom dikh gayi.
