Katrina got saroj ji replaced - Page 3

In saroj khan word, she was replaced because katrina wanted rehearsals, but according to others, that was not what happened? Who is speaking the truth?

This was discussed many times even then and almost everyone said that Kat wasn't wrong... Kat wanted rehearsals... I'm not sure how an actor wanting more rehearsals is a bad thing..

Strange she is saying this b/c I read another article where she was talking about the styles of Madhuri/Aish during Dola Re. Madhuri likes to rehersal too before shooting and Aish likes to practice onset with outfits/set. She knew they were different so she had to come p with steps to suit their styes and personalities.

I'm surprised the same could not be done with Katrina. But I get it, she's a pro and iconic. She's literally shattered the glass ceiling for all women that came after her and is the sole reason Choreography Awards are given and ppl appreciate dancing so much. I can't think of any other actresses having that impact other than Madhuri/Sri Devi all due Saroj Khan so if she doesn't want to do something a certain way than she doesn't have too.

That’s why I say Katrina is hard working, she’s not talented. Saroj can work with people like madhuri because they get the steps within one day or few hours. Katrina I heard on tv practice for Mashallah song in 7 days and was still complaining because she wanted more days to practice that one song. Nothing wrong with not being talented and just working hard.

If the horse invested 1/10th of that hardwork into getting her facial expressions right, maybe the steps wouldn't look so sleazy. I mean we came from Helen, Aruna Irani etc to this.

Kat never looks sleezy. Ya her acting mostly sucks but her songs never look vulgar no matter how provocative the lyrics. That's why even though she did alot of these 'item numbers' she never lost her star status

Pandit Birju Maharaj said Katrina can't dance. She doesn't have the grace, personality nor the aura to pull off dance numbers. What she does isn't dancing but shaking #@@#s

I do not want to speak negative about a deceased person, so I will not comment on her. But demanding a rehearsal only shows the sincerity of the actress.

I can bash Kattu for many things, but not being sincere for her work would not be one of them.
