I don’t support Alia Bhatt for the plain reason that she can’t act and she is supposedly an actor. Of course the nauseating nepotism (dare I say the word) and KJo crutches doesn’t help her case but prima facie for me, she is a non-actor. Acting aati nahi hawabaazi jaati nahi.

Shushant did many mistake in his career.

1. He should have completed the YRF contract with any three movies and moved out. Or he should not have renewed it at all.

2. He should have learned the art of networking in Bollywood. You need to spend your free time knowing who is doing what. Learning astronomy would not help here.

3. He should have taken help from police and law if someone was harassing him by fake blinds or threatening him for his life. Celebrities easily get help from police and law.

4. He should have invested more in PR and better manager for himself

5. Fake cases of sexual harassment are punishable by law. He should have taken legal action against the complain. The girl would have faced imprisonment.

People will always try to snatch your work all the time. They will lobby against you. It happens everywhere. It happened with me. Life is difficult for everyone.

1. Again we don't know what happened with the contract. He was prob sold on Paani being a great film. The same way Parineeti was about the Karan Johar movie. He rejected many other offers thanks to that and at the last minute the movie got shelved. That was how Shekhar Kapoor described in the debate with Arnab Goswami.

2. Once again there is a difference between have access to a network that you should know how to use and have no network. He himself said he felt excluded from parties among other things. Where was he going to network? Don't tell me the bimbo star kids no how to network better than them. Nepotism and have things served to them on a platter is far different from networking. This is coming from someone who has gone on informational interviews to many places, nonprofits, education networks to corporations. Sure very few I did have to start off with my dad's friends. But building off the information that that the interviews gave me I did on my own. Star kids wouldn't know the ABC's of that. I am sure if someone who made it from a background dancer to a hero who started off with no connections in the industry is far better at networking than the dimwit star kids. Do not in any way or form even suggest that they had any skills on him. They dont.

3. Yes, we have seen how helpful the Indian police was in the investigation of Jiah Khan, Divya or Sridevi. Every country has its own problems. But the justice system in India is slow. And if he was harassed by someone powerful we know how much the police would have helped.

4. These allegations were done in blinds by Rajive Masand which is protected by law by the way they are written. Rajive Masand hold power. The girl herself came forward and clarified that Sushant never did anything to her but the damage was done.

5. Same case with the networking for PR. Chat shows and having access to Bollywood journalist gives you PR power that no outsider could have. The fact that he wasn't invited on KWK says a lot.

Yeah how easy it is to dismiss things by saying life is unfair. Like I said parents here are facing jail time for use their name to get their less qualified kids into college over qualified. I think the same actions should be taken for the people trying to shove town trash like Alia down our throats. 😃

Some more good news she was taking a creative writing course during quarantine. Kjo and Rajive seemed so excited for upcoming script writing career. I was like NooOOooooO! We have been enough tortured by your non-talent in acting and singing!!

If the movie is good and if Alia hold my attention then off course yes.. she is definitely hardworking. She is not a star kid but a daughter of a talented filmmaker who gave us movies like Saransh , zakham, Arth...

I am sorry to say Shushant failed the basics of networking. Bollywood is not a place for someone who is introverted. You need to learn the ropes of trade. Star-kids are born into that environment and are groomed by their families. Even an outsider like SRK, Akshay, Deepika and Anuskha can learn the art of networking.

I have worked in a industry where you do see tons of Bollywood actors and stars. Star kids generally do not get offended when the staff does not fawn over them. They generally treat the service staff well as they have a family reputation to maintain. Most of them request for privacy. Some outsiders get so offended when they do not get upgraded to most expensive service free of cost. One of them was pissed of when the staff did not recognized her.

Nobody will get imprisoned in this country. Shushant would be forgotten memory and people will remember him only on his death anniversary.
